Fourteen representatives of the partner organisations of EVOLVET will
meet from the 18th to the 21st of May 2016 in order to
continue with the implementation of this international project funded by the
Erasmus+ programme.
The professionals involved on this project will
meet again on this second transnational coordination meeting that will make
possible not only to monitor the current phase of the project, but also to work
on the future steps to be done by the partnership. The event will join together
the local coordinators of the project from each of its seven participating
countries and also the experts of each partner entity who have developed during
the last months the draft of the final product of the project: a standardised
tool-kit containing on-the-job training materials for skills and competences
commonly demanded to volunteer coordinators across Europe, not only for the
management of development projects, but also on the concrete education and
training of the volunteers taking part on them. Besides sharing the work done on this field
for its improvement, the meeting will be also used to design the calendar of
the training course for trainers on volunteering management that EVOLVET will
run in Vienna (Austria) from the 19th to the 25th of June
2016 and that will be essential to capacitate those who will run the next
stages of the project. The meeting will be also used to get to know the whole team
of the Finish partner of the project and its local best practices on
volunteering management and coordination of development projects.
